BRM Advise In Care Home Sale
BRM Solicitors have advised in the sale of multiple care homes which have been acquired by Simply UK.
In the deal, Simply UK acquired six purpose built care homes across Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire and leased them to Portland Care Group.
Acting on behalf of the vendors, Anita Allen of Bespoke Care managed the ‘off market’ sales process and confirmed the sale concluded for an undisclosed sum.

Portland Care Group said that these transactions will add 6 care homes comprising c 498 beds to its portfolio.
