About Ryan
Ryan Pemberton is a Trainee Solicitor working in our Real Estate department.
Ryan joined BRM as a work experience student during his time at Sheffield Hallam University.
Following graduation from the University of Law (Sheffield) with a Master’s Commendation in the Legal Practice Course in June 2021, Ryan has been part of the BRM team since August 2021.
Ryan started at BRM as a fee-earning paralegal in our Real Estate department, working closely with director, James Alger, and senior associate, Christopher Hey. Since joining BRM, Ryan has assisted in the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold properties, advising on landlord and tenant matters, the acquisition of development land and re-financing matters, liaising with regional and national clients.
Ryan has since started his Training Contract with BRM in April 2023, and in his spare time he enjoys cooking, walking, playing pool and tinkering with his motorcycle.
