Kirsty has a particular expertise in high value complex litigation encompassing contractual disputes, shareholder claims and claims for breach of duty and professional negligence.
She has a calm approach with an eye for detail but also the bigger strategic picture which is valued by both clients and colleagues alike. She is rated as a “Key Lawyer” in the Legal 500.
Kirsty is from Sheffield and studied law at the University of Manchester graduating in 2009. She qualified as a Solicitor in March 2015 and has a background in defending fraudulent insurance claims.
Kirsty’s hobbies include visiting new places, crafting and pilates. At the weekends Kirsty enjoys spending time with her family and friends, long walks with her dog and trying new places to eat.
