About Rob
Rob Cooke is a solicitor and Executive Director at BRM Solicitors, and one of the owners of the Practice.
Rob joined BRM in 2021 from Sheffield law firm, Lupton Fawcett. He is Head of Dispute Resolution, specialising in property litigation.
He provides property litigation assistance to a broad range of commercial and individual clients, with expertise in advising property and real estate investors, retailers and restaurants, financial institutions and regeneration bodies.
It is always better that a dispute does not develop at all, but in the event that it does, these can be dealt with effectively by Rob through extensive experience in property litigation, mediation, negotiation and arbitration. He will always provide you with clear, decisive advice. If court action is required, he will always be assertive in representing your interests.
Outside of the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his family. He is also a golfer, and a keen supporter of Sheffield Wednesday FC which is sometimes a labour of love.
