About Rory
Rory Conwill joined BRM in October 2024 as Corporate Director. He has with over 12 years of experience in corporate law and handles complex legal matters for individuals and businesses of various sizes.
Before joining BRM, Rory was a Partner at Lupton Fawcett, where he led the firm’s corporate finance team in Sheffield. Prior to his time at Lupton Fawcett, he occupied senior roles at Knights and Keebles, building a solid reputation in South Yorkshire for providing commercial and strategic advice to clients in the local corporate market.
At BRM, Rory plays a pivotal role in defining the firm’s corporate offering across South Yorkshire and North East Derbyshire.
He possesses a wealth of experience in advising clients on equity investments and guiding them through acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations. His expertise also extends to secured lending, share schemes, corporate governance and a range of constitutional documents.
