BRM Advise On Lift Company Acquisition

BRM Solicitors has advised Classic Lifts Limited on the acquisition of Stour Lifts Limited.

Led by BRM Executive Director, Sarah Rowland, the firm acted as legal advisers to Classic Lifts Limited on the corporate aspects of the transaction with real estate lawyer Sanjeev Batra advising on the property aspects.

The new acquisition ensures that Classic Lifts Limited can continue with its growth strategy across the UK and expand its regional coverage to provide enhanced customer service.
