BRM Appoints Claire Mayfield-Tulip as Real Estate Director
We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Claire Mayfield-Tulip as our newest Real Estate Director.
Claire joins us with more than 22 years of commercial property legal experience with her most recent role being at Lupton Fawcett as Commercial Property Partner. She also held senior roles at Sheffield firms Keebles (now Knights) and Shoosmiths.
Joining the firm as a highly experienced commercial property lawyer, Claire has extensive experience in development work across residential and commercial sectors and working on high-profile deals.
Claire specialises in acting for developer clients, dealing in both residential and commercial projects. She also looks after clients with substantial commercial property holdings, assisting them with their portfolio management.
Her new role will see her primarily be responsible for managing her strong portfolio of real estate clients, overseeing junior lawyers and helping the firm to further build on their success and recent growth.
Claire said: “BRM is a forward-thinking firm, and I look forward working alongside Adrian and the wider management team at BRM to further support the firm’s continued growth and success.”
“BRM’s modern approach is one of the many reasons why I wanted to join as I pride myself in innovatively approaching work for my clients.
“Having been in the legal industry for more than 22 years, I am looking forward to applying my strong experience in the commercial property sector within a large real estate team that boasts a strong reputation within the region.”
Adrian Sheehan, Executive Director and Head of Real Estate at BRM, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Claire to our fast-growing Real Estate team. Claire brings a wealth of experience in the sector.
“We’re proud to be recruiting someone with such calibre and reputation within the industry. Claire’s appointment follows a string of other senior appointments and promotions we have made this year.
