2013 is set to be quite a busy year for employment law.
In a press release issued yesterday, the Government announced that a number of employment law reforms have received Royal Assent.
The following reforms will come into force from 25 June 2013:
As reported in my previous posts, many more changes are expected to be introduced over the next two years. If you are an employer, you need to ensure that you stay up to date with all of these changes so that you do not unwittingly fall foul of any of the new legislation.
