Josh joined BRM Solicitors in September 2023, having worked at various commercial firms across South and West Yorkshire since completing the Bar Professional Training Course and being called to the Bar in 2015.
Josh is experienced in dealing with a variety of general litigation matters and is specialising in Contentious Probate and Trusts. He has acted for claimants, defendants and personal representatives on matters involving contested wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, and disputes involving the administration of estates, including applications to remove executors.
Outside of work, Josh is a keen skier, kayaker and motorbike enthusiast. Josh also plays a number of sports including football, golf and squash.
