About Kensey

Kensey joined BRM in 2024 as a Solicitor in our Corporate department and is based in Sheffield.

Kensey has acted for various clients from small business start-ups to large multinational organisations. She tailors her advice to meet the specific needs and goals of her clients and takes the time to understand their business.

Mergers and Acquisitions
Company restructures
General commercial work, including:

- Bespoke articles of association;
- Shareholders’ agreements;
- Business set-up and company formation;
- IP assignments;
- Non-disclosure agreements; and
- Company secretarial matters.

Outside of the world of work, Kensey enjoys holidays and travelling, catching up with friends and family and often finds herself taking on the role of “party planner” – whether it’s organising baby showers, engagement parties or birthday celebrations, she’s always in charge of the fun!
