About Sarah
Sarah, an Executive Director and Head of the Corporate Team, qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and has been at BRM for over 12 years. Sarah is one of the owners of the business.
Her work has a broad scope, working with both corporate clients and private individuals on the disposal and acquisition of companies and businesses, forming new company start-ups, and internal business matters such as re-organisations, shareholders agreements and dealing with funding requirements.
Sarah also advises on commercial agreements including supply agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements and intellectual property agreements.
Further, Sarah acts for developers in connection with the construction documents for both commercial and residential property developments.
To Sarah, developing a real working relationship with a client, getting to know them and their business, and understanding their commercial demands is essential to deliver a personable and high-quality service.
A client recently commented on Sarah as follows:

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys running (training for marathons when she has the time), travel and good food and wine.
